In part, this is to give something back to the community that has supported me for many years. Of course, part of it is an attempt to make a few extra pennies. There will be some ads on the pages. If traffic should grow there could be a bit of income.
I have now embraced a business model that will also allow you the opportunity to make some money with your site. A site does no good if there is no traffic. Your primary incentive to promote your site should be to promote yourself and your art. Having the potential to produce a little income should just add a bit of incentive.
